Welcome to the Cui-No's Ordering and Booking System. This system was developed to make ordering food products and booking nail services more convenient for customers. It also helps the administrator manage products, services, orders, bookings, payments, customers, and business records in one place.
By creating an account, placing an order, making a booking, making a payment, or using the system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1 Use of the System
The Cui-No's Ordering and Booking System allows customers to:
- Create and manage a user account;
- View available food products and nail services;
- Place food orders;
- Request nail-service bookings;
- View order and booking information;
- Check the status of orders and bookings;
- Make online payments using GCash; and
- Access the system through supported online devices and the Android application.
The system also provides authorized administrators with features for managing food products, services, orders, bookings, customers, payments, dashboard information, and reports.
2 User Account
Customers may create an account to use the ordering and booking features of the system.
Users are expected to provide correct and complete information when creating an account and when making transactions. This is important because the information may be used for processing orders, bookings, payments, and other related activities.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information and password secure. An account should not be intentionally shared with another person.
If a user notices unauthorized activity on their account, they should report it to Cui-No's as soon as possible.
3 Food Products and Nail Services
The system displays the food products and nail services currently entered and made available by the administrator.
Information may include the product or service name, description, price, image, and availability.
Authorized administrators may add, update, make unavailable, or remove food products and services when necessary.
Customers are encouraged to review the information displayed in the system before placing an order or booking a service.
4 Food Orders
Customers may place food orders by selecting the products and quantities they want and providing the required information.
Before submitting an order, customers should check the selected products, quantity, total amount, and other order details carefully.
Once an order has been submitted and the required payment has been completed or verified, the order may be processed by Cui-No's.
Product availability may change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Cui-No's may contact the customer regarding the available options for the order.
5 Nail-Service Bookings
Customers may request bookings for the nail services available in the system.
Customers should provide accurate information, including their name, contact details, selected service, preferred date and time, and other information requested by the system.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically mean that the booking is confirmed. The booking must first be reviewed and approved by the authorized administrator.
Customers are encouraged to check their booking status through the system.
6 Order and Booking Status
The system allows customers to monitor the status of their orders and bookings.
Order and booking statuses may be updated by authorized administrators according to the progress or current condition of the transaction.
Customers understand that the status displayed in the system is based on the information recorded and updated by the administrator.
7 Mode of Payment
GCash is the sole online payment method provided by the Cui-No's Ordering and Booking System.
Customers are responsible for making sure that they complete the payment correctly and provide accurate payment information.
Users must not submit fake payment information, false transaction references, altered proof of payment, or payment information that they are not authorized to use.
Payments may be reviewed or verified before an order or booking is processed or confirmed.
If a payment cannot be properly verified, the related transaction may remain pending until the payment concern is resolved.
8 Prices and Transaction Amounts
The prices displayed in the system are based on the information entered by the authorized administrator.
Customers should review the selected products or services and the total amount before completing a transaction.
Prices, products, services, and availability may change when updates are made by Cui-No's.
The system may record transaction amounts and calculate revenue information for administrative monitoring and reporting purposes.
9 Cancellation, Changes, and Refunds
Customers who need to cancel or change an order or booking should contact Cui-No's as soon as possible.
Whether a transaction can still be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled may depend on its current status.
Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable policy of Cui-No's.
If a refund is approved, the processing time and method may depend on the payment process and other applicable circumstances.
10 Administrator Responsibilities and Access
Authorized administrators have access to management features of the system.
These features may include:
- Adding, updating, and removing food products;
- Adding, updating, and removing nail services;
- Viewing customer orders;
- Viewing customer bookings;
- Updating order statuses;
- Updating booking statuses;
- Monitoring payment-related information;
- Viewing customer information;
- Monitoring revenue;
- Viewing order history;
- Viewing booking history; and
- Reviewing system reports.
These features are intended to help the administrator manage the daily transactions and records of Cui-No's.
Administrative features should only be accessed and used by authorized personnel.
11 Dashboard and Reports
The system provides an administrative dashboard that summarizes important information recorded in the system.
The dashboard may display:
- Total orders;
- Total bookings;
- Total revenue;
- Total customers;
- Monthly revenue;
- Yearly revenue;
- Total order revenue; and
- Total booking revenue.
The system also provides reports that may include:
- Total order income for every year;
- Total number of orders for every month;
- Total order income for every month;
- Total booking income for every year;
- Total number of bookings for every month;
- Total booking income for every month;
- Overall total amount for every year;
- Order history; and
- Booking history.
These dashboard figures and reports are based on the transaction information recorded in the system and are intended to help the administrator monitor and review business activities.
12 Online Accessibility
The system is designed to be accessible online so customers can use the ordering and booking features without needing to personally visit the business just to make a transaction.
Use of the online system requires a compatible device and internet connection.
The system may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connection issues, hosting or server problems, payment-service issues, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Cui-No's.
13 Android Application
The Cui-No's Ordering and Booking System may also be accessed through its Android mobile application.
The Android application is intended to provide customers with a more convenient way to access the system using their mobile devices.
The availability of certain features may depend on the current version of the application, device compatibility, and internet connection.
14 Proper and Responsible Use
Users are expected to use the system honestly, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose.
Users must not:
- Provide false or misleading information;
- Create an account using another person's identity;
- Use another person's account without permission;
- Submit fake orders or bookings;
- Provide false or fraudulent payment information;
- Attempt to access administrator functions without permission;
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the system;
- Upload harmful or malicious files;
- Abuse the features of the system; or
- Use the system for unlawful activities.
These rules help protect the system, customer information, transactions, and the overall operation of Cui-No's.
15 Personal Information
The system may collect personal information that is necessary for account creation, order processing, booking management, payment verification, customer records, and other system functions.
Users are expected to provide information that is accurate and that they are authorized to provide.
Personal information should be handled responsibly and in accordance with the applicable privacy requirements and the system's Privacy Policy.
16 System Performance and Maintenance
The development team and administrators aim to keep the system functional, reliable, accessible, and responsive for its intended users.
The system may be updated, maintained, or improved when necessary to correct problems, improve performance, strengthen security, or add useful features.
Although reasonable efforts are made to keep the system working properly, temporary errors or interruptions may still occur.
Users are encouraged to report system problems so that they can be reviewed and addressed.
17 System Evaluation and Improvement
As part of the development and evaluation of the Cui-No's Ordering and Booking System, the system may be evaluated based on usability, efficiency, effectiveness, user satisfaction, performance, reliability, flexibility, safety, and maintainability.
User feedback may be considered when identifying areas that need improvement.
The purpose of the evaluation is to determine whether the system is functioning properly and whether it provides a convenient and useful experience for its intended users.
18 Order, Booking, and Transaction Records
The system may maintain records of orders, bookings, payments, and other related transactions.
These records may be used for:
- Monitoring transactions;
- Preparing administrative reports;
- Viewing order history;
- Viewing booking history;
- Monitoring revenue; and
- Maintaining business records.
Access to these records depends on the user's role and permissions within the system.
19 System Content and Ownership
The content and materials used in the Cui-No's Ordering and Booking System, including its name, logo, interface, text, graphics, images, and other materials, are intended for use within the system.
Users should not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use these materials for other purposes without proper authorization.
20 System Limitations
Cui-No's will make reasonable efforts to keep the information and services provided through the system accurate and available.
However, some problems may occur due to circumstances that are outside the direct control of Cui-No's, such as internet connection problems, payment-service interruptions, hosting or server issues, device problems, maintenance, or unexpected technical errors.
21 Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be updated when necessary because of changes to the system, services, payment procedures, business operations, or other applicable requirements.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions whenever updates are made.
The latest version displayed in the system will serve as the current Terms and Conditions.
22 User Agreement
By selecting "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions", the user confirms that:
- They have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
- The information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge;
- They understand how the ordering and booking functions work;
- They understand that GCash is the online payment method provided by the system;
- They understand that orders and bookings are subject to availability and processing;
- They agree to use the system properly and responsibly; and
- They agree to follow the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions.
